LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS: The Northeast Quarter less  Hwy, less Voelsch Second Addition of Section 26 – 116N – 53W, Pelican Township, Codington County, SD.

From the Intersection of Hwy 212 & 81, in Watertown, SD take Hwy 81 South 1 mile to the Roundabout, then go ½ mile West on 20th Ave, then turn Left on County Rd 11 (Foley Road). Follow Blacktop County Rd 11 approximately 4.5 miles.  The NE corner of land is at the intersection of 176th St & 453rd Ave.
